You can count on us to protect the privacy of your personal data... because protecting your privacy when we process your data is a matter of importance to EP Energo Mineral GmbH that is taken into consideration in all of our business processes.

We would therefore like to explain to you on this page the principles we follow when dealing with personal data. You will also find this information and, where applicable, further details on the collection, processing and use of personal data wherever we request such information from you.

2. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

2.1 You can use virtually the whole of the Internet service of EP Energo Mineral GmbH without us requiring personal data from you. Only a small number of services which you can find on our web pages require the provision of personal data in order for you to be able to use them.

2.3 When contacting us via a contact form, you consent to the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, name, telephone number) being stored by us in order to answer your questions. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been processed.

2.4 Duration of storage of personal data
We will delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above, unless statutory obligations to retain data preclude deletion.
